In this interactive experience, Rachel will share her own tried-and-true sourdough techniques, tips, and secrets she’s learned over the years. You’ll go home with the confidence to bake your own delicious sourdough, plus:
*A glass of wine to enjoy while you learn
*Hands-on experience shaping your own baguette loaf to take home and bake
*A sourdough starter from Rachel’s personal batch (begun in 2024!)
*Step-by-step recipes & instructions to guide you at home
*A proofing bowl for proper fermentation
*A bread lame (scoring tool) to create beautiful artisan designs
After class, unwind and savor:
